Precision PG optical grinding process specification
Precision PG optical grinding process specification
1. Preparation before precision PG optical polishing
1) Familiar with the machining program and programming origin of the workpiece being machined.
2) The result of the X, Y direction pull table is not more than 2um/100mm.
3) Adjust the sample to make the baseline of the sample coincide with the projector baseline.
4) Adjust the upper and lower strokes of the grinding head so that the upper and lower limits of the stroke exceed 10 mm of the workpiece.
2, PG optical grinding wheel and workpiece clamping
1) Select the appropriate grinding wheel and do not hit the grinding wheel. For steel materials with hardness exceeding HRC65, diamond grinding wheel is used, and steel with hardness below HRC65 is selected as CBN grinding wheel.
2) Generally, a grinding wheel with a large diameter is used. When grinding a small diameter needle, a small grinding wheel can be used.
3) When finishing, check the fillet radius of the grinding wheel and write the compensation parameter table.
4) The workpiece clamping should be firm and reliable, taking care to avoid interference between the tool and the work or the tool and the workbench during work.
3, PG optical grinding processing requirements
1) Before the first piece of machining, the program must be checked (test run), track check, single block test and size check to select the appropriate feed. (Optional 1mm/min for finishing and 3mm/min for roughing)
2) When processing, the program must be entered correctly and the program must not be changed without authorization.
3) When machining, the semi-finishing feed is 8um per knife and the finishing is 2um.
4) During the processing, the operator should monitor the display device at any time. When the alarm signal is found, it should be stopped in time to eliminate the fault.
5) Do not open the control system or interrupt the computer during processing.
6) After the parts have been processed, the program should be registered, kept, and reused.
7) Record the origin coordinates before shutting down.
8) This process is a key processing process. After the processed workpiece passes the self-test, it must be sent to the inspection.
